A member can return or exchange most Best Buy items at any Best Buy store within the continental U.S within 15 days of date of delivery for a full refund.
They need to bring their item(s) to a Best Buy Store with
- All contents and packaging
- A government issued photo ID that matches the name on the Rewards Account
- Their shipment packing slip
Members can either receive an in-store credit in the form of a Best Buy gift card or have their Points returned to their Rewards Account. A Points refund will take approximately 5-7 business days.
