Since all sales are final, a recipient will not receive a refund unless their event is cancelled without being rescheduled. In most cases, the original ticket for the postponed event will be valid for entry on the rescheduled date.
In situations where an event is cancelled without being rescheduled, FanXchange will issue a full refund. With eTickets, no action is required. If a user has hard copy tickets, they will need to ship them back within 14 days of the cancelled event to receive their full refund.
